Herc’s Heroes is a home remodeling lead generation company. We connect homeowners with qualified and pre-screened home improvement professionals (“Contractors”) in your area. We do not perform home improvement work ourselves.

2. Use of the Site and Services

You may only use the Site and Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or Services.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

3. Lead Information

When you submit a request for a home improvement project on the Site, you provide certain information about your project (“Lead Information”). You represent and warrant that the Lead Information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Contractor Matching

We will use our best efforts to connect you with qualified and pre-screened Contractors based on your Lead Information. However, we cannot guarantee the quality of work performed by any Contractor, or the outcome of any project. 

5. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Herc’s Heroes and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, liabilities, and damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The content of the Site, including the text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works of any content without the express written consent of Herc’s Heroes.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, for any reason, and without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Herc’s Heroes regarding your use of the Site and Services.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Changes to Terms
